Rules

The fundraising committee holds an affiliate pool sheet, which is a spreadsheet numbered 0-9 on both the x and y axis. The x-axis represents the NFC team playing in the game, while the y-axis represents the AFC team. The total grid within these two axes will include one hundred squares (10/10).

This sheet, beginning Monday, January 8, 2024, at 9am, will be open for registration for the Superbowl pool. Starting this day until the day of the program or until the board is full, interested participants are encouraged to register for the pool through completing a form, created by the communications committee, which outlines the identity of the participants, their contact information, and the amount of squares they would like to purchase. The form will also include the link to the NFBMI Pay Pal account, where the participant’s purchase can be completed. For the cost of $25 per square, a participant can purchase their name in one of the squares within the grid prior to the Superbowl, ensuring their chance in the pool drawing at the end of each quarter for big winnings.

Once payment is verified, the participant will be assigned a random number (1-100), which will correspond to their space on the grid. The drawing during the game is simple, as at the end of each quarter, the last number shown in the scores of each team will be used to locate the square on the grid that receives the winnings, like a multiplication table. For example, if the score in the first quarter is 7-0, then the winner will be the name whose square corresponds with an NFC value of 7 and an AFC value of 0.
